Verona Destin: 12 years old. Daughter of Phil and Jillian Destin

Verona is an intelligent young lady who enjoys helping others. She is like a mother hen to her younger brother: always supporting him, always trying to keep him safe. She can't bear the thought of what might happen to her little brother when she’s not around to protect him. Verona also likes visiting the older gentleman who lives next door. Her visits help him not feel so lonely.
Lincoln Destin: 8 years old. Son of Phil and Jillian Destin
Loves Music.
Lincoln was a sweet, eight-year-old kid who loved music. In fact, he was rarely seen without his headphones and wore them everywhere. The problem was that Lincoln rarely spoke. When he did, it was only in a very low, almost inaudible voice. Verona was really the only person Lincoln ever spoke to, and that was only on a rare occasion. As expected, this caused a lot of problems at home and at school.
